This show celebrates the significance of visual art as a medium that exists beyond language. Visual art encourages us to explore and inhabit spaces of thought and emotion that transcend language, highlighting its unique strength and power.

Language is defined as: 1.) a body of words and systems for their use, common to a people of the same community, nation, geographical area, or cultural tradition; 2.) the system of linguistic sounds considered in the abstract.

Art operates in a realm that transcends language. It engages with ideas at the edge of consciousness, often functioning on a subliminal level. Visual art speaks to individual experience, activating connections in the viewer's mind and triggering memories. It anchors the viewer's experience while pointing both inward to personal reflections and outward to the lived world.

An artwork is signs without signifiers, meaning without language. This is where the true power of visual art lies: it communicates what language cannot, offering insights and experiences that exist beyond linguistic constraints.
